1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dental Venture Capital website and all related services offered by DrDDS Innovations (“DVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Description of Services

Dental Venture Capital provides advisory, consulting, and community services to dental entrepreneurs, startups, and investors. Our services include, but are not limited to:

The 90-Day Startup Sprint Program (advisory and implementation services)
Startup pitch events (online and in-person)
Investor matchmaking and introductions
Access to the DrDDS dental database and CRM tools via DrDDS.io
Marketing, branding, and growth advisory services
Educational content, newsletters, and media features

3. Important Disclosure

DENTAL VENTURE CAPITAL IS NOT A VENTURE CAPITAL FIRM, REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, OR LICENSED BROKER-DEALER. We do not manage funds, provide financial advice, or guarantee funding outcomes. Any introductions to investors are provided as a networking service only. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. User Accounts & Registration

When you register for our services, events, or programs, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
Keep any login credentials confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Program Fees

The 90-Day Startup Sprint Program is offered at $2,750 per month (or a reduced $750/month option where available). Fees are charged on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the 90-Day Startup Sprint Program. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@dentalvc.org within 30 days of the initial payment date.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless covered by the money-back guarantee.

6.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Dental Venture Capital does not store your full payment card details.

7. Events & Pitch Participation

Participation in our pitch events is subject to the following:
Pitch events are open to dental startups and investors as specified in each event listing
Free 3–5 minute pitches are available to all eligible participants; extended pitch time is prioritized for active 90-Day Program clients
DVC reserves the right to record, stream, and publish pitch events for promotional purposes
By participating, you grant DVC a non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness, company name, and pitch content for marketing and promotional materials
Pitch event slots may be limited and are allocated at the discretion of DVC

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DVC website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of DrDDS Innovations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of your startup’s intellectual property. By sharing your pitch or business information with DVC, you grant us a limited license to use such materials solely to provide our services.

9. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that in the course of using our services, you may share confidential business information with DVC. We agree to treat such information with reasonable care and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.
Similarly, you agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by other DVC community members, investors, or advisors that you encounter through our events or network.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Venture Capital and DRDDS Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to secure funding or investment, loss of business opportunities, reliance on introductions, referrals, or advice provided through DVC, and any interruption or unavailability of services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved, including investment, funding, or business success.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dental Venture Capital, DrDDS Innovations, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website and services integrate with or link to third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Eventbrite, DrDDS.io, and others. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your State], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dental Venture Capital with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
